    Dealing with Denny has been great. Very willing to help. Can't say enough about the customer service. Great job Elite.

    I agree. I have dealt with Jim (jkk) on a couple occasions and it has been a pure pleasure. The new team is being well represented.

                +1 Dennys the man. ...but overall id only give EO's customer service a :censored2: 7 out of 10. At the same time full disclosure, im very hard to please and ive never given out an 8 or higher.

                    I agree!! Man, I called Denny about a nick on my GT riser and he is sending me a free Judge riser to replace it. He does not want Pete to know though.
                    He said I could even keep the GT riser.

                            normally i'd have to agree,but lately all i get are voicemails and haven't had a call returned yet.i still think they have top notch service. i'm just a little frustated and dissapointed at the moment

                              I tried to call you today...can't remember if I left you a message or if your number was the one with no answer. You can try again first thing in the morning if you're available then. We'll get you taken care of!

                              Everyone, please remember that if you call from a cell phone and leave a message it doesn't always mean it's clear(road noise, bad reception etc.)...I actually get quite a few of these.
