Nothing wrong with a WB. I only saw a speed difference of 1-2 fps when I switched to a dropaway. A biscuit will be a little louder when drawing in a hunting situation but I never had one spook a deer. As far as rests go, they are nearly bullet proof and stupid proof. Probably the best hunting rest ever made.

    Pros: simple, effective, inexpensive

Cons: minor speed loss, a little noisy (especially in very cold weather)

If my survival depended on hunting, I might go w/a WB because it's basically bomb proof, but outside of that I don't want to purposely zero out my brace height...

Had tried one when they first came out and liked the way it worked at first. Then during the hunting season was out in the freezing rain and snow and it became a block of ice. Haven't used one since. Granted the conditions would test any equipment but didn't like the idea of even a little moisture freezing the whiskers together.
