    You are absolutley correct.
Being a dealer myself I had been getting undercut by appox. $100.00 per bow for a year or so by a dealer who sold online. Finally the manufacturer did something about it (so I heard anyway). He was NOT an Elite dealer and they were NOT Elite bows...

Don't try this at home....Mathews and Hoyt will not allow this and Elite....as the name implies IS Elite and to be ELITE they must do like the big boys so to speak and let it be known, break the rules and you can go back to selling the "lower" end bows.

also had a friend who lives near new york city and he went to look at elite at a somewhat local dealer and the guy told him you don't want that bow and tried to sell him a bowtech or a matthews sounds like a good dealer to me. when the dealer i use would be happy to sell him a good quality elite instead of one of the other companies.

You posted the same comment a couple of weeks ago.

I am not going to get in to the rights and wrongs of the way Elite and a number of other bow companies request that their dealers operate.

I am sure you are right. You as a consumer are legally allowed to buy from whichever retailer you want. It does not necessarily mean that any retailer is allowed to sell to you if they have an agreement with their supplier. A retailer is not obliged to sell to a customer.

Now when it comes to Elite they have stated their policy. I think they have also stated that if people are really having problems, then to contact them direct and discuss the matter.

From my own point of view I would rather have all Elite dealers being completely knowledgeable and prepared to sell the bows on their merits. I am prepared to pay a bit more for that, and will not go to a cut-price dealer who really doesn't care about the bow or the customer.

Whether you think Eilte's policy achieves that, I leave up to you.

Elite needs to know who that dealer is.
